Prayer [for Quiet] nasce come omaggio al danzatore di butô Kazuo Ono, che iniziò a danzare a 51 anni, e non smise fino alla sua morte, a 101.
Lo spettacolo è una preghiera alla calma, alla lentezza dei movimenti, alla fragilità. Al peso che ci portiamo nel cuore, affinché diventi più leggero. "Un cuore oscuro, appesantito dalla colpa, che appartiene a tutti noi", scrive Serena Prina nella postfazione ai Fratelli Karamazov.
Ed è proprio dal terzo libro dei Fratelli Karamazov - I lussuriosi, che parte la scrittura di questo progetto.
Dal novembre 2021 lo spettacolo è in creazione grazie al sostegno della Batysse, Lieu dédié aux Arts de la Marionnette, di cui siamo diventatз compagnia associata.

Prayer for Quiet was born as a tribute to the pioneering figure of Butoh dance, Kazuo Ono, who started dancing at the age of 51 and did not stop, until his death, at 101.
The show is a prayer to calm, to the slowness of movements, to fragility. To the weight that we carry in our hearts, so that it becomes lighter. " A dark heart, weighed down by guilt, that belongs to all of us", writes Serena Prina in the afterword to the Brothers Karamazov.
And it is from the third book of the Brothers Karamazov - The Sensualists, that the writing of this project starts.
In november 2021 the show is back in creation thanks to the support of Pelussin’s Batysse, Center dedicated to Puppetry Arts.
